The DAT-3175A-SP+ is a 75W RF digital step attenuator that offers an attenuation range up to 31 dB in 1.0 dB steps. The control is a 5-bit serial interface, operating on single (positive) supply voltage. The DAT3175A-SP+ is produced using a unique CMOS process on silicon, offering the performance of GaAs, with the advantages of conventional CMOS devices.
