Operating from 100 kHz to 22 GHz, this amplifier features typical +26 dBm P1dB, +27.2 dBm PSAT, 3 dB NF, and +38.2 dBm OIP3. The AVA-223MP+ comes in an industry standard 5×5 mm 32-Lead QFN-style package for ease of integration into dense circuit board layouts.
